Welcome to Smacknatter. Smacknatter is a sports site that allows fans to challenge each other to dialogue about their favorite sports, teams, players, or other sports topics. Members of Smacknatter create a Smackdown by challenging a friend or another user to debate about a topic. Smacknatter is hosted in the United States.

This "Terms of Use" Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth legally binding terms for your use on the Smacknatter site. You agree to be bound by the terms whether you are a visitor or member. You are authorized to use the Smacknatter site if you agree to abide by the terms. By registering as a user at this site, you agree to the terms of use outlined here. If you do not agree with the terms of use, you should not use the site.

Smacknatter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or remove content from the site as well as restrict, remove, suspend or terminate any material from a user or visitor.

1. Eligibility - By using Smacknatter, you agree that the information you provide is truthful and accurate and that you are 14 years of age or older.
2. Term - This agreement is in full force while you use the Smacknatter services. You may terminate your membership by following the information on the profile page. Smacknatter may terminate your membership at anytime or for any reason, without warning.
3. Fees - Smacknatter reserves the right to charge you fees. If your membership is terminated, you are not entitled to any refund in fees.
4. Password - You will be asked to use a password for the service. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that password.
5. Content Rights - Smacknatter does not claim rights to ownership of any content posted on the site. Once content is posted, Smacknatter reserves the limited license right to use, edit, distribute, or reproduce such content.
6. Content Prohibited
       a. anything that is racist or promotes bigotry or violence
       b. nude pictures or other offensive material
       c. promotes junk mail, or spam
7. Copyright Policy - You may not post or distribute copyrighted material without obtaining prior written consent from the owner.
8. Disclaimers - Smacknatter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information that is posted on the site.
