1) if she were a man and slept with a female player, would he be hired again? NO
2) how can you prevent her from having another sexual relation with another player? You can't
3) it would draw too much attention to a University that doesn't need all of that attention.
4) she knew what she was doing was wrong. It's no different than a teacher sleeping with a student, a boss sleeping with a co-worker. There's no way to police this appropriately.
